No Reservations: Tony Bourdain and David Chang eat Korean seafood
“There is no cruelty issue here. It is dead, it’s just too dumb to know it’s dead.”
We’re slowly realizing the list of No Reservations episodes we haven’t seen is dwindling [since 9 seasons are on Netflix Instant]. I watched this one a few weeks ago and was completely dumbfounded by this scene. It’s almost hard to watch, and I don’t think I could ever actually eat any of these things? But, I don’t know. I’d like to think I could at least try some of it.
Also, if I don’t eat at momofuku before I die, I’ll have lived in vain.
